Double victory and a third place for JC Raceteknik during All Star Magic Weekend in Höljes

The first rallycross event of the year just took place in Höljes during the first round of RallyX Nordic. JC Raceteknik had seven drivers in all of the four classes, four of them made it to the final and three on the podium. At the same time they are leading the championship in two classes.

The KYB Team JC Supercar driver Robin Larsson did a great final and took the first win of the year, ahead of Johan Kristoffersson and Niclas Grönholm. Our JC Raceteknik Juniorteam driver Alex Gustafsson did a great performance as well and won the first RallyX Nordic Crosscar Junior event ever. Juniorteam driver Isak Reiersen finished third in Crosscar, he was heading towards a second place but finished P3 after a mistake on the final lap in the final. Both Larsson and Reiersen are leading the championship, while Gustafsson is on third place.

Jimmie Walfridson ended on fourth place in the Supercar Lites final, and is on third place in the RallyX Nordic championship. Supercar debutant Ben-Philip Gundersen have had a fantastic event, with perfect starts. He was heading towards a second place in the semi final, but in the exit of the final corner on the last lap the car stopped and he ended P4 and is 7:th in the championship. Both rallycross rookie Enzo Ide and Mats Öhman made it to the semi finals in Höljes. Ide showed great pace finishing P3 in his semi, while Öhman took a P5. They are now on 13:th and 15:th place – both in the event and RallyX Nordic Supercar championship.
